Anarchism is inherently anti-fascist. As a movement that aims to eradicate all forms of oppression and exploitation anarchism is the antithesis of fascism which is a form of authoritarian nationalism.
There is a long history of anarchist involvement in anti-fascist struggles from the anarchist militias during the Spanish Civil War who fought Franco’s fascist coup to Direct Action Movement’s involvement in the original Anti-Fascist Action which smashed the National Front on the streets of Britain right up until the modern Antifa movement across most of the world.
